The VOLMAC application operates **locally** on your Mac. It does not transmit your personal audio settings, automation shortcuts, or system data to our servers. Any settings you configure are stored locally on your machine using standard macOS preferences.
Our order process is conducted by Stripe. Stripe handles all payment details and security during the purchase process. We do not store your credit card information on our servers. You can view their privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.
When you activate VOLMAC, the software may connect to our server to verify your license key and associate it with a non-identifiable hardware fingerprint of your device. This is used solely to prevent unauthorized distribution of license keys.
Our website may collect standard, non-identifying server logs (such as IP address and browser type) to help us maintain security and performance.
As a UK-based business, we comply with the UK GDPR. You have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold about you (primarily your purchase email address). Contact us at info@volmac.app for any requests.
