Welcome to VOLMAC. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the VOLMAC software and website provided by J. Stone ("we," "our," or "us").
Subject to these Terms and your payment of the applicable fees, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the VOLMAC software. Each license is permanently locked to a single machine via a unique Hardware ID derived from your device's serial number. Licenses cannot be transferred between machines or users.
VOLMAC offers a 7-day unrestricted free trial. After this period, certain features (such as Automation and advanced Volume control) will be locked until a valid license key is purchased and activated.
The VOLMAC software, including its code, icons, and design, is the intellectual property of J. Stone. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the software.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. Because VOLMAC installs a system-level audio driver, you use it at your own risk. We are not responsible for any damage to hardware or data loss resulting from the use of this software.
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, J. Stone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the software.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
